    Germany’s leading organization for international media development. DW Akademie and ODC collaborated on a “Data-driven Journalism” training workshop in Phnom Penh in January 2014. The training was documented on ddjtraining.org.

  • Sahmakum Teang Tnaut (STT)

    provides pro-poor technical assistance for housing and infrastructure and to inform dialogue and raise awareness about urban issues. STT is a collaborative partner in the Spatial Spatial Planning Lab: Putting People in the Heart of Spatial Planning.

  • GIZ

    GIZ provides services worldwide in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. ODC coordinated the “Innovation for human rights” in 2014. The project was part of a series of pilot projects implemented by GIZ and DW Akademie. They aimed at strengthening the right to freedom of expression and access to information across the globe.

    Global Forest Watch

    WRI’s Global Forest Watch is an interactive online forest monitoring and alert system designed to empower people everywhere with information to better manage and conserve forest landscapes. ODC and GFW collaborated on data sharing in the topics of forest cover and land use.

  • People in Need (PIN)

    is a Czech non-governmental organisation providing relief and development assistance in Cambodia since 2008. PIN is a collaborative partner in the Spatial Spatial Planning Lab: Putting People in the Heart of Spatial Planning.

    Save Cambodia’s Wildlife (SCW)

    focuses on nature conservation and biodiversity preservation in Cambodia. ODC and SCW formed a collaborative partnership to produce the Atlas of Cambodia 2013.

    ODC and SIPA established a collaborative partnership to aggregate data and describe trends regarding Cambodia’s donors and development assistance. This partnership was tied to SIPA’s Workshop in Development Practice

    William and Marry

    ODC and William and Mary Law School established a collaborative partnership to conduct legal research and develop information resources for the ODC website.

  • NUS-logo

    The National University of Singapore (NUS)

    is one of the top universities in Asia and in the world. Since 2016, NUS has collaborated with Open Development Cambodia (ODC) by providing internship opportunities to the university’s students. International Relations Office of NUS calls for the international internships twice a year, from May to July and September to December. The student interns will be based at ODC office in Phnom Penh with occasional travels to provinces for outreach and promotional activities.

  • Royal University of Phnom Penh

    Department of Natural Resource Management and Development (DNRMD) of Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) has been established in response to the growing demand for human resources with sound contextual knowledge and skills in the fields of NRM, development and conservation, and environmental management. ODC has collaborated with DNRMD by offering internship opportunities to students taking their degree in this department. Students will work with ODC team at our office, with some travel to province, to assist ODC team based on their study background and interests with some assigned tasks.

    Svay Rieng University

    Open Development Cambodia (ODC), in collaboration with Svay Rieng University (SRU), organized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony to provide financial support to final-year Bachelor’s degree students. In collaboration with the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), ODC is implementing projects and conducting training to promote ICT tools in Cambodia’s education sector. The financial support to the students of Svay Rieng University is one of ODC’s projects.
